UK and Worldwide Shipping Explained

4 min readPublished 27 March 2026

Dispatch

Orders placed before the daily cut-off on a working day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at a weekend, or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Every order is packed with the vial upright in a rigid outer, with the batch number visible on the packing note so it can be reconciled against the certificate without opening the vials.

United Kingdom

UK orders are sent tracked. Delivery is typically next working day after dispatch, though this is a carrier target rather than a guarantee. A tracking reference is issued at dispatch.

Delivery is free on UK orders over the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout. Below that, a flat rate applies.

Worldwide

International orders are sent tracked and signed where the destination service provides it. Transit time varies by destination and by the speed of import processing, which we do not control.

Import duties, taxes and any clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is held at customs, the carrier will normally contact you directly.

Damage or loss

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer and the contents before disposing of any packaging, and contact us with the order number. If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, contact us and we will open a carrier enquiry.

We will replace or refund material that is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, in line with our returns policy.

Restricted destinations

We do not ship to destinations where the import of laboratory reference materials is prohibited. If an order cannot be fulfilled for that reason, we will cancel and refund it in full and tell you why.
