Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. A tracking reference is issued at dispatch.

Delivery charges

UK delivery is free on orders over £75. Below that threshold a flat £4.95 applies. International shipping is quoted at checkout and is sent tracked, with signature where the destination service supports it.

International orders

Import duties, taxes and clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not ship to destinations where importing laboratory reference materials is prohibited; if an order cannot be fulfilled for that reason we cancel and refund it in full and tell you why.

Returns

Sealed, unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the packaging and lot number are intact and the item is fit for resale. Because they are laboratory reference materials, opened or partially used vials cannot be returned. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was supplied incorrectly.

Damaged or lost shipments

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the contents before disposing of anything, and contact us with the order number. We will replace or refund material confirmed lost or damaged in transit. Where tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, we will open a carrier enquiry on your behalf.

These terms apply to every order placed with P3P-research Ltd through this website or by email. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.

Research use

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical and scientific research. You confirm that you are purchasing for that purpose and that you have the facilities and competence to handle the material appropriately. We do not supply anything for human or veterinary use, and we do not provide usage, dosing or administration guidance.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in our store checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed; until then we may decline or cancel an order, including where a pricing error has occurred or where we cannot lawfully supply to the destination.

Specifications

Analytical values on a certificate of analysis are specific to the lot tested. We may change fill weights, formulations or packaging as long as the published specification is met.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit. We are not liable for loss arising from the use of a product outside the research purpose for which it was supplied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We collect only what is needed to process an order or answer an enquiry: your name, email address, delivery address, optional telephone number and any notes you add. We use it to fulfil the order, to provide the documentation that accompanies it, and to answer your questions.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your details. We do not store card details — payment is taken in our store checkout and handled by the payment provider. We send marketing email only to people who have subscribed, and every message carries a way to unsubscribe.

Retention and access

Order and batch documentation records are retained so we can support your study long after the order was placed. Write to support@p3p-research.com to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
